New patients may require a slightly longer office visit for their initial evaluation. We also encourage new patients to request their existing medical records be transferred to our office. Please let us know if you need assistance. Questions are welcome and will be kept in strict confidence.
Our office is conveniently located near Silver Lake in Milford, and our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
